Ready for the Euros

I've had a great weeks training so far in Dun Laoghaire. It's mainly been light winds although today we got some hiking in. It's been pretty shifty with quite a lot of tide which should make for tight racing.

The first day we sailed I saw a seal as we left the harbour which was pretty cool as I've never seen one before. Had a break from training and went up to Howth to watch the J24's who were racing their worlds. Great to see some of the guys from Parkstone YC racing. Also took a trip to the Guinness museum and learnt how to poor the perfect pint!

Got the boat all measured today, will get in a short sail tomorrow before racing kicks off on Sunday. We have 2 races a day scheduled and the regatta ends on Friday, the event website is
